Terms of Service

USADetailerHub ("we," "us," "our") is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that connects independent auto detailing professionals ("Detailers") with customers seeking detailing services ("Customers"). We provide:

• A mobile application for Detailers to manage their business
• A web-based booking system for Customers to book appointments
• Payment processing for booking deposits and subscriptions

Detailers access the platform through a monthly subscription plan at $49.00 per month, which includes:

• A custom branded booking page
• Deposit collection tools to secure customer bookings
• Mobile dashboard for job management
• Vehicle inspection camera tools
• Customer self-rescheduling features
• Listing in the USADetailerHub public directory

New subscribers receive a 5-day free trial. If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew at $49.00/month.

Detailers may configure a booking deposit on their service packages. These deposits are collected from Customers at the time of booking to secure their appointment and protect the Detailer's time.

The deposit amount is set by each individual Detailer and is applied toward the total service cost. The remaining balance is settled directly between the Customer and Detailer at the time of service.

All platform subscription payments are processed by Creemas our Merchant of Record. Creem handles all billing, tax collection, and compliance. By using our platform, you agree to Creem's terms of service.

Customers may reschedule their appointment one time via the self-service management link, provided the reschedule request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. The deposit carries over to the new date.

Detailer subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Customer booking deposits are non-refundable. This policy exists to protect Detailers from lost time and travel costs due to no-shows.

USADetailerHub is a technology platform. We are not a party to the service agreement between Detailers and Customers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Detailers listed on our platform.
