Terms of Service

USADetailerHub ("we," "us," "our") is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides scheduling, calendar management, and client relationship tools to independent auto detailing professionals ("Subscribers"). We provide:

• Automated client scheduling and calendar management software
• Custom SEO-optimized profile pages in our public directory
• Tools for integrating third-party payment processors
• Before & after photo storage and portfolio management
• Business analytics and reporting dashboards

USADetailerHub is a software provider only. We do not provide, manage, broker, or oversee any physical automotive detailing services. We are not a marketplace.

Subscribers access the platform through a software subscription plan:

• Monthly Plan: $19.99 per month
• Annual Plan: $169 per year (equivalent to $14.08/month)

New subscribers receive a 5-day free trial. If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the selected plan rate. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the account management portal.

Subscription fees are processed by our Merchant of Record. By using our platform, you agree to the payment processor's applicable terms of service.

USADetailerHub does not process, hold, or facilitate payments between auto detailing businesses and their end customers. Subscribers who wish to collect booking deposits from their own clients must integrate their own third-party payment processor (e.g., Square, PayPal, Stripe) using the tools provided within the platform. All such payment arrangements exist solely between the Subscriber and their customers.

USADetailerHub is a software-as-a-service provider. We do not provide, manage, or oversee physical automotive detailing services. All transactions, quality of work, scheduling agreements, and service fulfillment for detailing services exist strictly between the independent contractor (Subscriber) and the end customer. USADetailerHub holds zero liability for real-world service fulfillment, service quality, property damage, personal injury, or any dispute arising from services rendered or not rendered by any Subscriber.

In no event shall USADetailerHub, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the software platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the software subscription in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Access to the software continues until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the current active billing cycle. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Subscribers agree to use the platform solely for lawful business purposes. You are solely responsible for all content posted to your profile page, all communications with your clients, and full compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws governing your detailing business operations.
