Refund Policy

USADetailerHub offers a subscription-based software service. Your subscription fee grants you access to our platform and its features for the duration of your chosen billing period.

All subscription charges are non-refundable for the current active billing cycle. When you cancel your subscription, access to the software continues until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further charges will be made.

Monthly Plan ($19.99/month): Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period.

Annual Plan ($169/year): Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period. No partial-year refunds are issued.

New subscribers receive a 5-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will automatically activate and the applicable fee will be charged.

USADetailerHub is a software-as-a-service provider. We do not provide, manage, or oversee physical automotive detailing services. All transactions, quality of work, and scheduling agreements for detailing services exist strictly between the independent contractor (Subscriber) and the end customer. USADetailerHub holds zero liability for real-world service fulfillment.

This refund policy applies exclusively to USADetailerHub software subscription fees. We are not responsible for, and do not process refunds for, any payments made directly between a Subscriber and their own clients through third-party payment processors (Square, PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., a verified technical failure preventing access to the platform for an extended period attributable solely to USADetailerHub).
