Refund Policy

Detailer Subscriptions ($49/month)
All subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges are made.
If you are on a free trial and cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.
Customer Booking Deposits ($20)
Booking deposits of $20.00 are non-refundable. This deposit secures the Detailer's time and compensates them for scheduling, preparation, and travel. It is applied toward the total cost of the service.
If a Customer needs to reschedule, they may do so once via their booking management link (at least 24 hours before the appointment). The deposit carries over to the new date.
Exceptions
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., service was not rendered due to a Detailer cancellation). To request a review, email us at support@usadetailerhub.com with your booking reference.
